Domestic production safety valve manufacturers are more, most of the connection size is not uniform. Mainly divided into the following categories:
(1) to JB / T2203-1999 "spring-type safety valve structure length" -based generic category. At present, most of the domestic safety valve manufacturers are designed and manufactured according to this standard. Such as Zhejiang Luofu Boiler Annex Factory, Hangzhou Valve Factory, Jiangsu Wujiang Valve Tools Factory, Shanghai Valve Factory, Kaifeng High Pressure Valve Factory, MSC Valve Factory. But this standard is not perfect, incomplete specifications, micro-Kai safety valve maximum nominal diameter D NI 00, full Kai safety valve maximum nominal diameter DN200, the middle of the lack of DN65, DN125 two specifications. According to our factory produced by the safety valve specifications and master the information, the current micro-Kai safety valve nominal diameter up to DN250, full Kai safety valve nominal diameter to DN400. According to my research, the size of the manufacturers are not uniform, such as DN150 full Kai safety valve, Zhejiang Luofu Boiler Annex Factory, Shanghai Valve Factory and Jiangsu Wujiang Valve Tool Factory are different. In order to have a unified standard, the user in the selection and installation of the same specifications can be interchangeable, it is recommended Hefei General Machinery Research Institute JB / T2203-1999 "spring-type safety valve structure length" to amend. Suggested design institute and the user according to the standard selection, the safety valve manufacturer according to the standard design manufacture.
(2) API526 "Flange Steel Safety Relief Valve" (Flanged Steel Safety Relief Valve) based on the American standard system. Domestic imports of chemical equipment, etc. with the safety valve connection size generally in accordance with this standard, as shown in Figure 5. The nominal diameter is DN25 ~ DN200 (l "~ 8"), nominal pressure is 2 ~ 42MPa, throat diameter from D-T (9.5 ~ 146mm). This standard is more scientific and standardized, the pressure, materials, temperature, throat and other overall consideration. According to the throat to determine the specifications, the same throat diameter can have several specifications, on the contrary the same specifications may have several throat diameter can choose. Such as DN100 ~ DN150 (4 "~ 6") throat diameter L, M, N, P four kinds can choose. With the international trade and imports of domestic equipment continue to advance, the standard will be greatly promoted in the country. At present the standard has not yet translated into national standard.
(3) operate the Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valves series based on Anderson Greenwood & Co., Which is an internationally influential Anderson Greenwood & Co. China is generally referred to as pilot-type safety valve, as shown in Figure 6, the pilot-type safety valve consists of the main valve and pilot valve, pilot valve operation of the main valve opening and closing. This valve displacement; from the impact of back pressure; can be very close to the opening pressure under the non-leakage operation; opening and closing pressure is small and so on. Generally applicable to natural gas pipelines and so on. At present, there is no pilot-type safety valve standard and connection size standards. And this type of valve has just been developed, has not been widely promoted. According to the experience of our factory and the information available, the majority of domestic manufacturers in accordance with the company's data design and manufacturing, such as Zhejiang Luofu boiler annex factory, aerospace eleven research institutes. Hefei General Machinery Research Institute recommended the drafting and release of pilot-type safety valve standards as soon as possible.
(4) to Lanzhou refinery design and development of the A-type, TA-type closed all-open spring-type safety valve into a system. The diameter of the series DN25 ~ DN150 (1 "~ 6 '), nominal pressure l.6 ~ 4.0MPa, throat diameter D ~ R (9.5-115mm). The system connection size and American standard and GB are not the same, Blue refining special.
(5) for the boiler, power station equipment, temperature and pressure relief device supporting the impulse safety valve series (shown in Figure 8). Such as the Harbin Boiler Factory, the East Boiler Factory, Wuhan Boiler Plant, Qingdao Power Station auxiliary plant, and other supporting special safety valve. Such a series of valve structure and connection size of the manufacturers are generally not the same, there may be some of the same. Selection must pay attention to the valve throat diameter and connection size difference.
 (6) to China Aerospace Industry Corporation 11th Institute of the design and development of the safety valve into a system. HT series safety valve varieties, HTO ordinary safety valve (shown in Figure 1), HTB balanced bellows safety valve, HTR discharge valve, HTN special safety valve, HTGS high-performance steam safety valve The HTXY liquid pressure relief valve, HTXD pilot safety valve, and good performance. But in addition to HTXD series of pilot-type safety valve and Anderson Greenwood company connected the same size, the rest and the American standard, GB are not the same.
